Ana Sofia Cruz

A driving force behind Portugal's rise in kata, Ana Cruz won her country's first ever European Games karate medal with bronze in 2023, and was part of the Portuguese squad that took historic team kata silver at the World Championships. Away from the tatami she works as a physical education teacher.
